Today being Sunday it has been one of those busy days.
First off to church, then to Holdrege to meet friends at the Mexican Restaurant for lunch. This is the first time I have eaten shrimp at an ethnic restaurant and I must say it was alot of food for the money. I normally eat mexican when in mexico and Italian when in Italy, and of course beef in NE.
Have fallen behind on my blogging, but will try starting tomorrow to be better about it. It is amazing how easy it is to go back over each day and read what I have done and smile.
So until I have something to say, I will sign off
